Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Dispatched' state:

  • Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
  • Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
  • Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or
  • Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

17. What are the payment options available with GiftWallas?

Cash-on-Delivery - You give us your mobile number when you place your order and we'll call you to confirm the order. Once confirmed, we will ship out your product to you. On receiving your order, please pay the order amount in cash to the courier person.

18. Can I send some message with the gift?

Yes, you can send your message with the gift. Just type your message in 'Your Personalized Message' box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift.

19. Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?

If order is received much in advance for courier gifts then we do ship them accordingly so they are delivered near or on the same particular day. For this, you simply need to select the desired delivery date while placing an order online. Other gifts sent through courier will be delivered as per their mentioned transit time.

20. How can I get the invoice?

The label and invoice on your packet will carry all details. We at want to save paper to protect the environment and are therefore not adding invoices into our shipments. As a registered customer, you can download and print your invoice by logging into your account.

21. What is Checkout?

Checkout is the beginning of the Payment process on online portals. Once you add item(s) in your cart, the next subsequent process is Checkout which starts the moment you click on the 'Checkout' button. Here you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing details along with your choice of Payment mode.

Following this, you will be redirected to the Payment gateway where you will be required to provide your mobile number, email address, etc details in order to confirm the order placed for the particular item(s) that you have added in your cart.

This is displayed as a small window located at the right-hand top corner of the web page. Gifts sent through courier are delivered as per the transit time mentioned. In case, if there is any delay in shipment process we will inform you the same through SMS and an e-mail.

36. What should I take note of while requesting replacement of an item

When you want to exchange the products within 7 days from the date of receipt (after obtaining the Return Merchandize Authorization number from, you must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing with all the inner packing material, manuals and accessories. Price tag should not be tampered with or removed or smudged.
